Hayek Program for Advanced Study in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University and a Professor of Administrative Sciences at the University of Bucharest. Ginny Choi is a Senior Fellow at the F. A. Hayek Program for Advanced Study in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics, an Associate Director of Academic and Student Programs at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University.
