John A. DeFlaminis is Executive Director of the Penn Center for Educational Leadership, Director of the Distributed Leadership Program, and adjunct Professor in the Graduate School of Education at the University of Pennsylvania, USA.
Mustafa Abdul-Jabbar has served as a teacher, school administrator, director of diversity initiatives for schools, and education researcher.
Eric Yoak has served as a teacher, school principal, school district administrator, and in university-based roles aimed at supporting leadership development research and practice. He currently works as a school administrator in a large urban district and teaches courses in leadership and research methods.
