Carla Tantillo Philibert is the founder of Mindful Practices, one of the Midwest's leading Social Emotional Learning and well-being organizations. Mindful Practices is a dedicated team who share SEL, mindfulness, and well-being practices with school communities across the globe. Carla and her husband Rob also co-created the SEL check-in platforms Class Catalyst (2nd - 12th grade students) and Five to Thrive (early childhood and Learners with Exceptionalities), along with SEL On Demand, a curated catalog of SEL video content.

Allison Slade, Ed.D. is an educational innovator who founded the Namaste Charter School in 2004 in Chicago, IL. It serves 485 students in grades K-8 with the mission to "Educate Children from the Inside Out."
