About the Author
Dr. Crystal Wyche is a motivated self-starter with several years of experience and superior professional expertise in business communication and educational leadership. Before completing graduate courses and earning a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership, she obtained her Master of Arts in Leadership from Shorter University in Rome, Georgia, and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Winston-Salem State University located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Considering a substantially fitting role, she was formerly employed in television media working for the American Broadcasting Company (ABC) and FOX News. In the transition to her later career endeavors, she became a Professional Development Specialist with the Atlanta Board of Education within the Atlanta Public Schools. She serves as a board member of the South Cobb Redevelopment Authority for Cobb County Government She is a native of Oxford, North Carolina, and now resides in Georgia with her husband and five daughters.

Her philosophy of leadership is of a great follower who willingly transforms challenges into triumphs with vision, passion, and excellence.
