Description
Magdalena vanished one rainy Sunday, when her parents were away. After marrying Enrique "as a jest" in a secret ceremony, he takes her against her will from his father's house. Guided by their readings of Sherlock Holmes, Dostoyevsky's Crime and Punishment, and Hollywood culture, Rosa and Estefanía will look for their sister in Mexico City's slums and then Europe's, where they will finally find each other. Once together, surrounded by love and terrorist plots, and after witnessing some key moments in world history, they will try to undo the curse that befell their family after that wretched marriage.
