Trevor Noah nació en Johannesburgo (Sudáfrica) en 1984. Todas las biografÃas empiezan asÃ, con la fecha y lugar de nacimiento, pero en este caso estos dos factores marcaron su infancia, su carrera y su vida. Su madre era negra, de la etnia xhosa, y su padre, blanco y de procedencia europea. Se enamoraron en pleno Apartheid, asà que, desde su mismo nacimiento Noah fue un niño prohibido por la ley, fruto de una relación interracial vetada. Ahà arrancó una vida de penurias y capacidad para esconderse y escapar.
