Description

Each week for the last eight years the readers of a small-town newspaper in Ohio have been treated to the not-tremendously-dramatic but always humorous adventures of Natalie and Mark, a sixty-ish couple living out their dreams in a little old house on East Mulberry Street. Here are some ninety of those adventures arranged in a compact volume, ready at a moment's notice when you need a laugh. Topics include cats, marriage, automotive rust, gardening, elderly parents, food, and why you might wish to avoid hand-waxing a locomotive. And, of course, love.

About the Author
Mark Kinsler was supposed to have been a child musical prodigy before going on to a fabulously successful career as an astronaut and brain surgeon. He didnt. Instead, he spent his young life slipping through the cracks and muddling through to become at various times a sailor, engineering professor, eternal student, science teacher, temporary police officer, newspaper reporter, and the most prolific expert on 8-track tape players in southern New England. He has gravitated to a quiet life in Lancaster, Ohio where he lives with Natalie and a varying number of cats.
