Liliana Santos, a thirty-four-year-old Afro-Brazilian American artist who goes by the name Lyric, uses her art to poetically tell inspirational stories with a twist. Lyric, a graduate of the Pratt Institute in New York, lives in an affluent neighborhood in Dupont Circle, Washington D.C. While participating in her sixth major art show at the Anton Gallery, she meets a mysterious artist and discovers her vertical painting, Closure has gone missing! Not knowing the whereabouts of her masterpiece is eating her alive. She must track down the mysterious artist and find her missing painting, Closure, before it is too late! Lyric's adoptive, Caucasian parents always kept secrets about her childhood. Will her journey reveal the secrets that her adoptive parents kept hidden from her for years?
